The post below got me wondering.
I am currently learning to program ARM MicroControllers on an NUCLEOF411 dev board.
Awesome little board; ($13 at DigiKey)
- 512KBytes Flash
- 128KBytes SRAM
- Arduino UNO connectivity
- On board programmer/debugger
I'm learning one section at a time, currently the clock system. Very versatile.
Question: Would a series of articles on the ARM be of interest here?

I've got some M0, waiting for the boards so I can try to mount them.
Learning to solder using rework station for surface mount devices. So far I've managed to do 8-pin devices decently so I'm going to attempt some 32-pin m0's. Created some very simple boards to mount the devices on from JCLPCB, should be here next week and then I can make the attempt.
Really liking the ARM chips, but there is a bit of a learning curve; the chip, the STM32CubeIDE and the docs.

I'm battling the TLE987x series, M0 is a gaming device compared to what I use

Well it is M3 , after all.
I do agree, the M0 is sooooooooo simple. I like it very much.

I'd love to see such a series, Mike. I've got a set of DrDuino boards here that I built, but never got around to using for lack of ideas. Any projects around these powerful little MPUs would be great to see! Go for it!

Hi Roger, Are you aware that "Honey the Codewitch" posts long, brilliant, technical, essays on microcontrollers/programming here on the Lounge ?
Said HTC has resisted all attempts to get HTC to post on technical forums, rather than the Lounge, evidently in desperate need to get attention. In fairness, I should add that the Lounge has become much more a place where many people, including old-timers, ask specific technical questions of the types that used to appear in qa and language forums. HTC is the extreme case of using the Lounge as an ongoing technical blog.
Who the hell would want to moderate this forum, anyhow ... herding cats ?
HTC is also publishing articles here that are winning CP awards..
Check HTC out.
cheers, Bill

Oh, yes, and I quite enjoy reading them. She reminds me of me, 40 years ago, enthusiastic and having fun making electrons jump through hoops. She's the reason I have, finally, a real keyboard and not one of those nasty plastic bubble machines.

In which direction your experiments will go?
a.) Switches (on/off)?
b.) Amplifier for signals?

And you are aware these are high current FETs, which are used usually to drive high current devices?
To do something like logic gates you don't need something like that.
