... and people here claim it's Stack Overflow that has a problem with mistreating the clueless.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

Ok; pretty sure this has been done to death but, since it's Friday, why not do it again.
The discussion here boiled it down to Forbidden Planet, Planet of the Apes, The Terminator and Twelve Monkeys.
My favorite was Forbidden Planet.
Entirely subjective, of course, but let's leave out total fantasy like Star Wars.

Can I count movies with Rambo in it as Sci-Fi?

No, nor does anything made by George Lucas.
Hmmm, Rambo getting beaten up by Teddy Bears...

"I don't know, extraterrestrial?"
"You mean like from space?"
"No, from Canada."

How about Rambo in Fight Club? Would be much more exciting and unpredictable, as there is a slight chance he might know himself out then
|
|
|
|
|
That would be ok. Rambo does not say very much in entire movies, so he also would not talk much about the fight club.

Most Chinese king fu movies approach this. The entire dialog consists of "What do you want?" "Revenge".

Ditto. When I read the OP, I thought, although I love scifi, I have seldom really loved many sci-fi movies at all, purely as movies, then, just before I saw it mentioned, Alien popped into my head. You know, great minds....

Aliens (marines)
Alien 3 (prisoners)
Alien 4 (genetic engineering)
Alien vs Predator (guess)
Prometheus (too many inconsistencies)

From the boiled down list it has to be Forbidden Plant.
From the other suggestions Alien, without the bloody 's'.

I'm not really able to pick a favorite one.. to name a few of my favorites, which maybe not everybody has heard about yet: Metropolis, Solaris, Stalker.
And for those who do know Metropolis already: Maybe it's new to you that since 2010 there's a "new" version which resembles the until then believed to be lost forever original version to about 95%, after a damaged print of the original cut was found in a museum in Argentina. So viewing it again might be interesting.
