Been out all morning reformatting a computer that's being given away by a friends mother.
Partly to get rid of the passwords, credit card details, and such like, but mostly to remove her impressive collection of keyloggers, viruses, trojans, pirate software, and toolbars...
And any visit to sort out her computer takes hours: she gets lonely since her best friend passed away at the beginning of 2014.
