Thanks
I blame it on the Google. My friend misspelled it in his message, and while I typed it into Google I overlooked the correct spelling.

Do they have a liquor store integrated?
If no, then maybe I'll skip 'em.

I already summoned his greatness in the last sentence of the OP, but since he's in HU right now an answer is not expected any time soon before he sobers up again (and I doubt that this will be the case soon).

Liquors are not my table...You have to ask someone bigger (Nagy in hungarian is big...)

I went to high school there, so I know it fairly well . Places I would recommend to see are the 'Dzsámi' (it's basically at the centre of the city), the cathedral close to it, the TV tower for the view. For a longer list I suggest you look around here for stuff you might find interesting: "http://www.iranypecs.hu/en/info/attractions/index.html[^]"
Don't really know about bars anymore, but used to know a lot back then .
Also as a side-note (provided you don't already know) this region of Hungary has a lot of German speakers (I myself attended a German-Hungarian nationality high school), and though I haven't been there recently to know is maybe that changed, I would recommend you prefer German over English when first talking to people.

Thanks
I'm fluent at both english and german, what I think is funny is that in other countries (France, Italy and Sweden) I had the experience of getting a disgusted look from the people when approaching them speaking german, but nice to there are apparently countries thinking different.

Marco Bertschi wrote: countries thinking different Honestly I wouldn't really say this, as said it's more because of historical reasons for that region, you can read about it here if you're interested. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danube_Swabians[^]

A veeeeery easy one, as it may be I am not here tomorrow, so I can't win.
Clue: Sometimes, the solution is in the question.

That's a pity because all I had was the same word, and I couldn't justify the "A"!
