Explain me how C# differs from VB, except for some keywords; they're both scripts, depending on a bloated version of vbrun300.dll that's called "the framework" and run PCode inside a virtual machine?

Oh, and don't forget the ever present semi-colon!
No, seriously - apart from your somewhat sarcastic description of the .NET Framework, I actually agree. There is no real difference between VB and C# - Just syntactical.

Still, what's the difference? I'm sure that most would hit the ugly one as well as the beautiful one (but perhaps not at the same time - and perhaps not with equal enthusiasm either)...

In VB.net, try making an event that uses a delegate that returns a value.

Do it in C# and have some automated tool translate the code. I'm too lazy to look up VB syntax.

OK, so I've attached five handlers to your event, all of which return different values. What value should the delegate return?
