no, but I bet he feels a bit deflated. He just needs to get a grip and steer himself into a new job; preferably one with doughnuts and not too much pressure.

Why memory is going but I vaguely remember that we had a new (occasionally less than exciting) survey each Monday.
Where is it? ...or should I create one?

Chris has buggered off for a week without the internet: See you in a week and a bit[^]
@Sean-Ewington is anyone deputised for the Survey, or do we just relax unquestioned for a week or so?

Maybe a survey as to whether your august status implies you've the authority to create a survey?

We might need a survey producer to set up the survey to see if we can do it?

Think of it as a switch statement of the form:
switch(survey) {
default: break;
} // switch(survey)
(also, Q&A of the tomorrowland)

I don't think there is a sheriff or a deputy for this particular task.

I think I'm going here[^] after work and eat this:
Ganze Pfefferhax`n mit Pfefferrahmsoße und Semmelknödel, dazu gem. Salat
unless they have an even better special today.
I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

Google translate can't handle "Pfefferhax`n" - I know "Pfeffer" is "pepper" so I'm guessing a stuffed bell pepper of some kind?

No. Hax'n is Bavarian for ... a leg. It's a roasted pork leg with pepper sauce.
NOT poached, as some here thought would be good to do to an innocent Bratwurst.

Thanks!
I'm surprised - I'd have thought pork was a bit too delicate to take a good pepper sauce - I normally associate them with beef (preferably rump steak).

Poached indeed! What a travesty!
Back when I was single-handedly holding back the Soviet hordes from crossing the border, after a Saturday night consuming a flagon or two of the good stuff, it was a trip the Bahnhofstrasse (the local one, not the one in Zurich) for 'Bratwurst mit ketchup und pommes frites mit mayonnaise'* - the Bratwurst was NOT poached!
*This peculiar mix of languages was quite effective, but pointing and grunting would probably have been just as effective.

I actually lived and worked in Erding so it was compulsory to drink Erdinger Bier!
I worked for a large airline, etc. reservation company that shall remain nameless.
