I'm confused, your non-prime price: $19
her prime price: $21
umm, I was never top of the class in maths (that would mean actually doing work, or even worse homework) (motto summary: "only do enough to pass, pass is pass so any more is waste.")
but: 19 is not prime and 21 is prime ???
something looks backwards here, (or is alexa's prime number generator broken?)

There are strange folks at Amazon: they use base-18.

Did you check to make sure the supplier/retailer are the same?
It may be that the $19 retailer was the cheapest, but they don't support prime accounts (i.e. don't allow free delivery).
I expect your wife's account selects "prime suppliers" as default, and that supplier just happens to be more expensive for that product.
Amazon can get a bit weird when it tries to predict what supplier you want to use by default. There should be a section for viewing all buying options which might list the cheaper (non-prime) supplier.

It was exactly the same link address. How could it be different?

Hard to say for sure without seeing it, or being in your position to access both accounts.
But it's possible the link is simply just for the product and doesn't enforce a specific supplier, and that part is chosen by Amazon when you navigate to the link.
As I said, hard to know for sure what you experienced without seeing it. But I free pretty confident in saying that if there was some sort of "scam" like you imply, we all would have heard about it by now. Amazon are too big to hide something like that from the world.

It may be that non-prime has an extra $4.99 or something for delivery while the Prime doesn't.
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

Let's assume so.
Prime promises Free two day delivery (for prime eligible products). If free delivery implies increasing the price . . . than it's not free.* As it is, your hundred-dollar or so fee is to their advantage since you are now more likely to buy from them because of prime. So, in essence, you paid them for the privilege of being motivated to buying more from them.

An interesting thought....

I could be wrong here, but I don't think Prime affects the $$ on this. It affects the speedy free 2 day shipping on most products.

I'm just sayin' I noticed a difference in price, depending on whether I use our prime account, vs the non-Prime account.

Out of curiosity, what is the final price on the non-prime when you include shipping? Still cheaper then?

Hi All,
Having been forced to switch to Orfice 365 last year I have now come to meet it oddness first hand.
The stupid thing will only open a Web copy of a specification I am to check against, I need page 204, I move to 204 with the wheel and drag bar, it will not show section H for any appreciable amount time (originally I though it was if I looked directly at it...) I tried to convert it to a PDF, no I don't have permission, however I can alter it in Word? , This doesn't make sense, I'm off for a & mutter...
