Sometimes I make my code just throw errors randomly to keep users on their toes.

Write a source file fuzzer and see how the compiler deals with it!

Years ago, I was working with a compiler that used to throw the error message "Something wrong".
We had sort of an informal competition to make the shortest source code file that would provoke this error. If I remember right, the winner was down to four lines of code.

I've gotten the C# compiler to give me an internal error. I think I was doing something terrible and unforgivable with generics, admittedly. It has happened intermittently from time to time, but I've only encountered it consistently once.
That's the best I got. I love that you had a contest to confuse the compiler. It's kind of mean though.

It would be a lot more surprising if it said "Known error"
"If we don't change direction, we'll end up where we're going"

"Unknown error" is better than an incorrect result, isn't it?

Was making pizza-dough and it failed to rise. So, there was an error but not sure what went wrong. That's an unknown error, no?

That's a cool gadget, though to be honest, I did not expect that price-tag.

Whoa! I just saw the price!! Yikes! I'd much rather have a Segway.

me neither - looks like something for the rich and famous and rich. Actually, I could afford that now, since the kids are all gone. But I would never be able to explain it to my wife

Wonder why they downplay the hand control system so much? Didn't know it was there for quite a bit even watching the youtube video.

We'll probably see that in the next James Bond movie.

Why do these videos never show them mounting or dismounting. Very rarely do you see the the awkward step or launch platforms to actually get on the bloody things.
And yeah young and fit seems to be a requirement, sexy is optional (too subjective).

I'm sticking to falling off my windsurf - whenever some jet-ski tw@t comes past within a few feet, totally oblivious of the wake they are creating!
Wind is the only 'proper' propulsion method on water. Nothing beats the feeling of being propelled, (for free) without noise and pollution. Especially on a calm, warm sea, with a moderate and predictable wind. Need a holiday!

long time sailor here - wind is the way to go. Still you have to admit they are pretty cool.
I once saw a jet ski sink a very expensive power boat. He was out in the water doing donuts, loops all sorts of crazy stuff without paying attention. He smacked into the corner of the motionless power boat setting up to pull some skiers. Within 2 minutes the boat was at the bottom of the lake. Owner had the forsight to tier a life jacket to the bow rope. They managed to get it out of the water....
