Nope.
And most of its opposition think democracy is fine provided it always votes their way ... but this is verging on Soapbox territory.

What is the intended (fiance?) theme?

You are up tomorrow!
Theme? Whatever you want - it's broad enough to go several ways - or no theme at all, it's your decision.

No theme!?!?! What a load of rubbish! If you can’t come up with a theme we will have to trash your reputation and toss you in the bin!

Our family doctor used to say that "after 40, if you wake up in the morning and nothing hurts, you must have died during the night."
Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two make four. If that is granted, all else follows.

Oh, feel free
fyi: in 1993 I wrote a huge prototype Excel 5.0/VBA solution for BHP (Australia) to model the financing of construction and operation periods of power plants where there were multiple types of lenders (international, national). It ran on Mac, and PC. While I was paid (very well) for several months, and the result met the requirements, the person who hired me, and "pushed" this project got terminated for various reasons ... and the code, afaik, gathers dust somewhere.

Sounds like a failure at a an entirely different level.
Now you could repackage it for wind power, and the results would probably blow you away.

Another good analogy might be the age old doctor/patient gag:
Doc: Er, hello, Mr. Smith. I've got some good news and I've got some bad news.
Mr. Smith: Oh 'eck! I suppose I'd better have the bad news first - get it out of the way.
Doc: Well, it's about your leg ... I'm afraid I er, well I, er, I'm afraid I removed the wrong one ...
Mr. Smith: Christ on a bike! You said there was some good news, too ...
Doc: Oh yes! Absolutely! You know your other leg? It's better now.
