Deleted and reposted solution makes me believe this is spam...

I had posted a note to this user about his solution and the advertisement enclosed. Looks like someone deleted the solution (3) and reposted the same thing (now solution 4) from another user account (to get rid of my advertisement comment?).

Looked at it and commented on the solution... although it is an advertisement, it is at least related to what the question was about (sort of, see my comment to the solution).

And he is still posting the same rubbish - I just added my "spam" abuse flag to all 6 of them. Unfortunately I missed and reported him as a troll, instead of a spammer. D'Oh! | :doh:

Make a C program use less CPU.[^]
I haven't voted it down, or reported it as abuse as it could be legitimate, but I don't think it is.
