It is kind of short, and would benefit from some more explanation of the code used.
As to the no come t thing, that has been debated here many times. A vote of three or lower used to require a comment, but people would leav comments like 'aaaa' or other random, useless texts. The comment requirement was removed due to those comments.
Just ignore it. Some people just don't like to help others learn and grow. Others do.
