It was immediately above the spam that went to moderation, so at a guess he want's to know how we detect spam so he can bypass it.
I removed them both just to be tidy - and so no-one starts giving him any clues!

That does not came to my mind when reading the post.
But know I guess he thought escorts would be on topic as "sharepoint" and wanted to ask why his post was treated as spam.

I'm glad you asked that, because I've been wondering the same thing since it first appeared last night, and my general feeling is: spam and spammer. But ... no links I can see.
Plus the use of English in the first paragraph doesn't match the use of English later on, when talking about the app and what it does. I've gone for Spam, because the alternative for me is to suspect plagiarism, but I can't find the source!

I approved it although it had a link to Lyfas in the play store because if original work a reasonably good article. Regards plagiarism - leave that to others.

There was a lot of verbiage about health and almost nothing about programming. I voted spam.

Dear sir, I am a new member to codeproject. It has always been my goal to write an article for codeproject. I have started learning about data science recently. Almost all data science examples are with dataset. I got this app which allowed live data. I wanted to write basics about the live bio signal processing. I had written to Sean sir who told me to check English, content, and add analytics and decision along with full code. I am not good in English, still I took help from friend to change as much as possible. I have shared the notebook also, please execute and see the code. Please point me my exact mistakes so that I can publish the article. What for I spam after working on the article for 15 days? I made all the changes Sean sir asked me to make. I will again make changes as per your suggestion. Please help me sir.
here the link to iPython notebook:

Sorry, but I am not sure what you want me to do. There is very little in your article that explains what your code is supposed to do, and in fact after downloading the code it will not run, as there are components missing. As to the iPython link in your message above, it leads to a blank screen so I have no idea what it is supposed to tell me.

Thank you for the valuable response. My request is to run the code and check the implementation. I understand the inconvenience you faced to run the code. Here I will be giving you the youtube video link, I have demonstrated the implementation of real-time data acquisition and processing with Lyfas. Please follow the video link and execute the code.

I kindly request you to evaluate the work presented, suggest improvisation if needed. Publish the article in codeproject and embed the video with the article which will be easier for programmers to know about the work and to give their valuable insights to improve on it.
Thanking you in anticipation

Sorry, but that is not good enough. If the article is not complete then it is not ready to be published. And if I cannot run the code that is in the download then that is not enough either. And the iPython link still does not work, and you still have not explained what it is for.
