It is plagiarised. Besides the copied text portions he has also copied the code snippets. Some variables and database names has been renamed but the remaining code is copied.

Don't know it says
"Unable to load the requested member's information."
What was his surname?

It's not exactly "found" if he is already reported for three or four offences on the same page today already, is it?

So what should I have titled this post? Are you really saying I've got it wrong or are you just stropping because you used era wrong so trying to point out things I've used wrong? Sorry, I was only joking with you about era. No need to be down.

I'm not down - it's just you have to check existing reports - he was first reported half an hour before your report. It's like posting in the lounge: if you just repeat the same post someone else did half an hour earlier, you're going to get called "Lesley" a lot...

Or capitalise the beginning of their sentences.

There was no dot at the end of the sentence, ergo it wasn't a sentence. No sentence, no capitalization.

The dot is called a Full Stop.
Absence of a Full Stop does not make what proceeded it 'not a sentence' it just means you forgot the full stop.

No, because then I'd capitalized the first letter

We need evidence of plagiarizing. Why should we trust you? You don't have considerable reputation here. Please, forgive me my negative and suspicious attitude, but how can we know why do you report certain people?
