Might want to check his other articles.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

I thought of plagiarism too but looking at his profile page
"You can see additional information on my personal web site at www.philpearl.us. "
@sean-ewington could you check this and remove all reports if needed.

I thought that he forgot to take it out... if it was him, would he not set his name correctly?

I suspect so - he's been here more than long enough to know you can't go saying that kind of stuff (outside the soapbox at least, and even then it's going to depend on context).
I voted "abuse / troll" based on the message content.
I suspect Chris might listen to an appeal for clemency from the OP, if he is contrite enough - but at least kicking off the site shows how unacceptable it is.

I'm quoting here something different. The word which i'm trying to highlight is not at all acceptable. It's clearly equivalent to M**** F**** in Hindi.

What? Not ... "Belgium" ...
The late great DNA wrote: Belgium is the rudest word in the Universe, yet by a strange coincidence, also the name of a country on Earth. In the Secondary Phase, it is stated as "completely banned in all parts of the Galaxy, except in one part, where they don't know what it means
