The latest one is posted as a solution to a solved question from 2012.
I know we're supposed to let users answer old questions now, but that just stinks of spam to me.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?

So...
You want to nominate an article for deletion an because a single header file is found on GitHub? The header file is a Microsoft header that was released with the WRK (Windows Research Kernel).
Is there a backlog of articles you guys are deleting that I can look through?

I'm not nominating anything here. Just humbly pouring my opinions and seeking for other inputs. If you think nothing wrong with the article, I'm OK with it.

Trust me,
That article adds a lot of value to codeproject. I actually think that it may be the only public article in existence on planet Earth that demonstrates how to change VGA text mode.

Even if you guys decide to moderate the article based on the INBV content. I'd suggest keeping the article and politely asking the author to remove that section and instead refer to the WRK #include header.
That's the type of content that will attract high quality engineers to the site. Keep it.
Best Wishes,
-David Delaune
Edit:
Do you remember back in the old days when you could ALT-ENTER and the DOS box would go full screen? That's what this article is demonstrating.

I do like it.
I prefer to learn the recipes in situ and don't be spammed with it.

Member Bivhab Sarker - Professional Profile[^] just posted a very spammy message to the Lounge driving us to his website to solve our problems converting PDF to JPG (why?).
@Rick-York thought he was being trollish earlier this week by posting non-questions in multiple forums - possibly an attempt to get his rep up to a point where he could put the spam on his homepage

Quote: possibly an attempt to get his rep up to a point where he could put the spam on his homepage Sure? I think that can be done much more easy by completing "Your CodeProject Settings->Professional Profile" I think... at least... not 100% sure...anyway...

Still that member needs some reputation(not sure how much). You'll see following message in profile pages without enough reputation. Mentioned member from this thread showing the same message.

Almost had me convinced it was a genuine question; then I notice the spam link on the words "tick to view". Not immediately obvious, because it almost looks like it's part of the previous Google Drive link.
