QuestionCreating an color wave using gdi Pin

Hi all,
ok, bit of an explanation for this one.
Im trying to create an animation that changes when an hex code is entered.

Basically you set an color in the centre of the window then it moves to the outside edge of the screen 1 pixel at an time.
This needs to happen in all directions.

In other words, like below image
http://dc212.4shared.com/img/231197384/4482fde4/Untitled.gif?rnd=0.4818457874863381?rand=0.20023317175750255[^]

Anyone able to help me with this. Im using VS2005 and using the Windows 2003 sdk
