Hi All,
I have a legacy application that needs to run as both standard user and administrator.
But standard user will have limited priveleges.
So i have added a manifest file with
<requestedExecutionLevel level="asInvoker" uiAccess="false"/>
(I cannot use "requireAdministrator" as the standard user needs to run the without the need to enter administrator credentials>)
But the problem i am facing here is ,even if the logged on user is administrator, he is also behaving like standard user.
Is there any way to get the Logged on administrator token and pass it as first parameter in CheckTokenMembership() API ?
Thanks
Appu..

I am being paid almost twice the .NET guys with similar experience (my peers) are earning. I am a "VC++ guy". Hope that answers your question.

Since you're certainly far more skilled than "the .NET guys with similar experience", you're obviously cheating.

I updated my resume in naukeri but iam not getting calls like last year.
i have 3 years experiance in VC++.

ha... Just a five minutes ago I got one.. Hope your resume is upto date there...

Your reasoning skills are questionable. Just because you've updated your resume and you have 3 years experieicne, that is hardly an indicator that the "VC++ market is down."
That's like posting a question here at 2:00 in the morning and wondering why it has received no responses after 5-6 hours. Most responses from such posters go like, "I guess no one here knows the answer to my question."

IMHO it is down (at least with respect .NET ) worldwide.

I'm talking about the number of job offers, of course.

What is 2.5 package ?
Anyway, since I live & work in Italy, my 'package' probably is of no help for you.

Basically if a guy said - "I got a package of 2.5", that means - the HR offered him 2.5 Lakh[^] Indian Rupees per annum. Which is approximately equal to 6250 USD.
