If you have an internal mail server (Exchange, zimbra...), you could use its SMTP service since it should be authorized by ISA Server.

We don't unfortunately all are emails are with Google/Gmail and its all administrated from the company HQ in France. I have thought about setting up an email server but to be honest its not something I have ever done and wouldn't know where to look or start.
Thanks for your reply

You can setup an smtp service easily on a linux box, for instance, but it won't prevent you from asking your sysadmin to open the firewall for this service.
Thus I can't see a solution for you, sorry

If I read correctly, you want to send e-mails but can't because of system limitations. This is not an Access problem.
Why not FTP the document to a server, then allow the users to come get it? Send a G-Mail to all users (manual creation, probably) telling them the new report is available for review, click this link, and they can download it from there.
Not much you can do, e-mail wise.

Given that we cannot see your machine or what is on the screen or in the event logs, there is no way we can answer.
- Try starting in safe mode and see if you can get to the event logs.
- Check any messages that appear when you boot or when it starts to shut down.
- Have you recently installed any new hardware or software?
- etc ...

E pluribus unum:
Dirt has accumulated around the fan and the heatsink causing the CPU to overheat. The system shuts down the computer to prevent the CPU from dieing of heat stroke.
Honestly, without any additional information there is not much that we can do for you.

I worked on a system a few months ago with the same problem (Dell). Turns out the on/off button (really a lever to the on/off switch) was off center and was holding the power button down. I re-aligned the lever and everything started working correctly. Recall that holding the power button down for approximately 10 seconds will cause the power supply to turn off.

I'm having problems allowing Connectify to connect to the internet with ZA. I've added all of connectify's executable files to the safe zone, well with of the exception of help and trouble shooter ones. Google isn't returning any useful results, Connectify's website doesn't have anything about the issue, just says that it's possible.
I was hoping someone might have ran into this problem before or knows how to get round it, if so please help me. I know it's ZA because, with it disabled, I can connect to the internet. I've also added the IP of my phone to the safelist.
Thanks
Edit:
It works now. But if anyone wants to do this, I really have no idea what I did. I tried many things but it started to work when I was changing the levels of the firewall---I thought I placed the levels at the same value they were before, but I might not have done.

Get a port scanner and run it to determine which ports and protocols Connectify is attempting to use, then unblock those ports in Zone Alarm. It may not be enough to simply add all those file names to ZA's Happy Zone; you may have to construct a path across the firewall manually. I know I've had to do that using other firewalls, and a way can usually be found. Good luck!

I am putting this here as a starting point.
I am trying not to recurse subdirectories by using "-r-" but it is not working.
Thus I need to know where to ask about this.

Your Windows login has no connection to any logins you may use on internet sites.

I am managing purchasing for an organization of 200 people. We want to buy 70 new computers. Our old computers are on Windows XP with Office 2003, but staff wants Windows 7 with Office 2010.
My IT guy tells me it can't be done because he does not have an image for Windows 7 and he is not sure it will be compatible with the network. So he wants to order 70 computers with Windows XP and Office 2003.
This would cause huge political problems with staff.
I need someone who knows what they are talking about to help me make this decision. What kind of technical problem would I face with Windows 7? What could I do to make everyone happy?
Thanks for your help!

If you ordered the 70 PCs with Windows 7 and Office 2010 already installed, you would likely not have any issues deploying them on your network. However recognize that users who start using Office 2010 will be producing documents that users who are still on Office 2003 may have problems with. I'm assuming here that not all 70 PCs will be replaced at the same time.
What you really need is for a plan that documents how the replacement operation will take place. All manner of issues such as how will user's documents be backed up, should documents be converted to newer formats. Besides Office, how about other software that is currently in use. Is it compatible with Windows 7? Are upgrades needed. There are a lot of issues that need to be considered and a plan for how to tackle them is important.
Good Luck with this. I work in an large organization, +10,000 people, and our Windows 7 migration has just been pushed out until Q3 of 2012.
