Plagiarism is a huge problem in publishing and our members are very protective of others' work. We have a lot of instances of people stealing others' work and passing it off as their own, and that's not fair to the original author or those use the pilfered work.
I'm sorry your article was caught up in this, but the reason is most likely because it's not immediately apparent that the original article and GitHub repo is your own work. A note in the intro of the article saying "This article is about my Diligent Engine. I hosted the code on GitHub." would immediately make this clear.

Thanks for reactivating my account.
I am not trying to argue that plagiarism should be coped with. I am also not trying to rewrite CP's guidelines. I was merely trying to understand what was wrong with the article. As I mentioned several times I did not find any clear way to communicate with the reviewers before I was deactivated. Is sending an email to the addresses you mentioned is the official way?
I do not want to blindly resubmit the article for the third time. "Publish" is the only option I see. If somebody could update my article so that it is not closed again, I would at least understand what exactly I need to write next time. Also, I do not think my article deserves 1.8 rating.

I have been working an article titled
How to avoid conflict between JQuery and Bootstrap DatePicker controls in a same page
and almost completed. Then I went to see the help link from there but when I come back I have lost all my contents. I was under the impression that the draft gets saved automatically.
Is there any way you can restore my contents please. It will be a life saver.

I am trying to attach rar file to my article but it is not uploading successfully. I've tried to upload it almost 10 times, but every time I am getting error message like this. "Unexpected error during upload. One or more files may not have been uploaded."

I don't know if this helps or solves the problem but you should create a ZIP archive rather a 7z one. 7z files require users to install 7Zip while ZIP files can be processed without additional software on most systems. ZIP files are also unzipped for browsing (see Downloads: Registry Export File (.reg) Parser[^]).

We can't really fix the images on the preview, unfortunately. I've saved copies of all your images. So once you plan to submit your article, please email me and I fix up any broken images once it's been published.

Also, I can't figure out how to make the source code available. I have uploaded it, but it doesn't automatically show up. Am I missing something? (Also, I couldn't figure out how to email you (couldn't find your email address), so I'm replying to this instead.
