You can use fix height of the sidebar using Css.

Please consider the following code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.or
g/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<title>test</title>
</head>
<body>
For more information about
<div style="margin-left: 2.0in">
<a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bond_duration
class="wideAnchor200" target=_blank>
Wikipedia Article
</a>
</div>
</body>
</html>
In this case, I am using the div tag with inline CSS to indent the link to Wikipedia. However, it is not working. I am hoping that somebody here can tell me what I am missing.
Thanks

I can't find any reference to margin-removed in CSS docco. Try using margin-left instead. In any case, w3schools[^] has a good CSS quick reference[^] where you should be able to find what you want.

Thanks for the response. You solved my problem. The string margin-removed in my earlier post was
placed there by this website. I do not understand why.

Sorry if I posted this question in this forum but its really the forum that answer all my question every time I had. I also don't know which section on this forum should I post it but its more on CSS I decided to post it here.
I am fixing this menu from the past developer of this site. However, I don't have any idea how did he installed this. I have tried deleting and activating the plug in again and again but it doesn't work perfectly.
Currently JQuery Accordion Menu Widget is overlapped by the other widget below it.
Here's the link of the site: http://primarycareadvisory.yenius.com/
Any idea on how to fix it?

Hello thanks for your reply.
Did you hover on it? In my browser IE and Firefox it is currently overlapped under by the other widget below it.
It should pull down together with its parent div I mean the blue background, when you hover on it. But its expand on its own.
Did you see that?

Hi All,
I'm trying to clear my browsing history then redirect the browser to the homepage when the Home link is clicked by using the following javascript code :
<pre lang="Javascript">function Home()
{
var Backlen=history.length; history.go(-Backlen);
window.location.href=index.html;
}</pre>
The following is how I call the function inside the body of my HTML page
<pre lang="HTML"><a href="#" onClick="javascript: home();">Home</a></pre>
Please point out why my javascript code is not working, it does not redirect the browser to the homepage. What I want the code to do when the link "Home" on a page is clicked is clear the browser history, then redirect the browser to the homepage if I am on another page and not on the homepage. Thank you in advance for your help.

Why what is not working? The link is not working? The JavaScript is not working? Which part of it? You need to give a little more detail. Edit you post to include this information. Format the code snippet while your at it. Use the "code" toolbar item.

Just looking at your code your issue maybe with the javascript function called Home(), but you call it in the like as home()
On a *nix server this may not fly as they are different "H" and "h";
As for clearing the browser history of you visitor, I'm not sure you can (I could be wrong though) but that is something the user can do, not a script.
If you want to keep the user from doing a browser refresh and resending post variables, there are methods to do so and they do not invovle the users history.

Does anyone know how to make favicons look nice in IE? It seems to scale them up, making them hideously ugly in the process.
|
|
|
|
|
You could start with the largest size, 48x48, then there would be no up-scale issues. Maybe some down-scale though.
You could use a tool, such as this; http://www.favicon.cc/[^]

The icon size displayed in IE is much smaller than 48x48, but I can't determine what it is. I tried 32x32, but that displays even worse. The problem is that IE is using a really poor resize algorithm.

Step 1: estimate for one business process which will take a bit longer as in your initial implementation, which requires RnD and vulnerable to more changes and evolves rapidly.
Step 2: estimate for more than one business processes it should require less time as you already are done the technology and design in first step, and in this step, you enhance it to implement more than one process and come up with fewer changes compare to first step.
Step 3: in third step you are in much better position to provide a complete estimate for the application considering the factor such as numbers of resources and their skills set and level, further refinement required in business process implementation methodology, technology, Tool and Framework support, time, which will be spent on gathering client requirement, deployment, documentation, team meetings, etc.

Hi,
I have tried to deploy my web application (VS2010 + C#) by adding the project output and building a msi setup. But, I want to do these steps through command prompt. Our command scripts will do all the stpes to deploy in server.
That command prompt scripts should do the following things
1. Getting latest version of my solution
2. Adding web deployment project and adding project outputs there
3. Building and deploying in a server..
How to do these things thorugh command prompt only?
Thanks in advance.
