Hi Member

I am new in android development.I try to send or install .apk file in android phone using the command adb install test.apk through USB Device.i command return error

error device not found

I have test the code in enumerator then it's working fine.

Can any one tell me where i am wrong?
Please help me

Make sure that you have enabled USB debugging in the Application Settings on the phone.

make sure that your device is present : adb devices , if it not there , you may want to install drivers.

nexus one(and some others too) will be present when u install the android package.

Background:
I'm writing a CF 3.5 application that is to run on a WINCE 6 embedded device. I have a 2 solution setup where one solution is targeting CF3.5 and another solution targeting the full framework. I had to do this because the VS test internals require full framework. It's very nice to be able to use the full framework unit test bits.

Issue:
I don't have hardware as of yet, and I don't want to run a risk by assuming that because my unit tests run well on the desktop that they will run fine on the embedded device. I would like to constrain the memory use that my components are allowed to use. Is there a way, directly or indirectly, to accomplish this?

hello guys... I was trying to write a program in which we can get the call history info and display it in the list box. Well this builds successfully and shows me no error but neither it shows the output. Here is the small code im using....

You have menu in Mobile Forms
private System.Windows.Forms.MainMenu mainMenu1;
try to add sub menu to this mainMenu1
private System.Windows.Forms.MenuItem menuItem1;

menu item text is "RunApp" do whatever event
when I run the application in windows mobile Prof 6.1

menu item test text display "RunApp (A)"

That's being done automatically by the operating system. On phones with no dial pad that won't occur. There's no need for you to worry about that. It will come and go as needed.

call forwarding / diversion

Hi,

I want code a call diversion with Visual Studio 2005 and Compact Framework, I use htc Touch Hd2.
Manually I can make a call diversion call (for example to the number 334232) with the following number entered: *21*334232#
All calls are redirected to number 334232.
When I want to turn off the call diversion I call number #21#
after this the call diversion is off.
But when I try a call diversion with visual studio,
here my code:

Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Telephony.Phone anruf;
anruf = new Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Telephony.Phone();
anruf.Talk("*21*334232#");

I become an error which reads: "Your number is not correct or your line is interrupted..."

My questions are:

How can I make a call diversion with visual studio 2005 and c# ????

find Duplicate record in listView using C#

hai all,

How to find a duplicate record in list view...using C# for smartdevices...
Am reading a no's of records from outside...
If the record's is already present in my listview, just increment a count for particular record’s don’t want add it again. (avoid the duplication but keep on counting)
How should I proceed…

put a loop and over listview items. then you can start counting duplicate items right ? is that complex ? Smile | :)

The list of items is more, if i using a loop its eating a time...
and also am read the data continuously, it may be the same item…

am using 3 columns
1. No’s of items
2. items id
3. repeated count of same items…

so each items have its own count… if detected the same item just increment the count.
plz tell me any other way..

ok , in that case say you have an array of items , ITEM[] MyItems,
for each item in the list you can count the frequency , like MyItems[itemid].freq++;

in the next loop u can check for items whose freq is > 1 then,thats it
You canfind the duplicate record in O(n) time complexity.

Hello,

I am working on a sample code in Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 to capture the image of a finger print. Therefore, Assumably one puts on his pointing finger on the white screen and the code should read the tapped points on the screen and color them. I thought is should be possible
to capture it. However I have no idea which API to use for this purpose and how to use it.

If you know how to do it, would you please let me know.

Hello,

I want to develop iPhone application should have the ability to count the number of phrases that are received when user sing on mic. This application should also have the ability to decipher whether the users phrases are in or out of cadence with a preset beat.When user sing on mic Instrumental music only play.

So I have to merge the User Recorded voice with Instrumental music this is one Audio file.Already i have on original Song file.I have to compare both and give the Rating to users.

[Note: Instrumental music is without vocal of Original Song file]

Can you please help me?.
