I don't feel much difficulty till now by using W3C standards and not any proprietary methods. Alternatively I used to change the CSS/JS, by checking the browser version.

hi
how to implement paging & sorting in gridview...both r working but if my page size is 20 and records r 60 then the sorting done on 60 records insted of 20 record of current page...
i have tried like this
public DataSet GetDatasetForPage(DataSet dsGlobal, int pageindex, int pagesize)
{
string Query = "Select * From tb where Deleted!=1";
SqlConnection myConnection = dbAccess.SQLConn;
dsGlobal.Tables[0].
SqlDataAdapter dapter = new SqlDataAdapter(Query,myConnection);
dapter.Fill(dsGlobal, pageindex, pagesize, "tb");
return (dsGlobal);
}
but i don't want to execute select statement each and every time...

The alternative to doing the select every time is having all your records, unpaged, in viewstate. That is a nightmare, you don't want that.

If it's urgent, you may consider hiring the ASP.NET freelance developer...

Avoid such words. They are considered rude here.

Don't think so. You are being rude demanding people help you right away.

i think , the access date/time data type by default only stores the time to the second.My suggestion is , u take another field to store the milliseconds.

I want to place my images in Temporary Internet Files folder in Client's system.when he Opens my webapp.....??
When I open some websites ..the images and files in that website r Placed in my Temporary Internet Files folder..How the Broser know the Temporary Internet Files folder path according to Logged User??

Please don't ask again. You can't. No matter how often you ask, you just plain cannot. You can write code on the server which forces the images to preload, but you cannot interact with the file system directly.

Of course I can. This is pretty basic info, I had no trouble using google to find the answer.

Not that I needed google, I just want to prove how easy this information was for you to find. But, again, the nature of your questions shows you really are lacking the most basic understanding, you should still buy a book and work through it before attempting any ASP.NET work, especially if someone is paying you to do it.

Buy that book.... Or at least read the article. The images obvioulsy get cached on the client end, but IE handles it, you cannot access the file system directly.
