Actually you forgot the semicolons by the end of the line. It should be something more like

i am converting the .avi,mpeg to .flv format then capture the frame from .flv file successfully but i try to convert the 3gp to .flv, it is not convert and cannot capture the frame. .. pls help me

If i understand correctly there must be some sort of event such as a button click involved here and that resets your Fileupload1 value. So i'd imagine that that is where your problem is coming from.
Try capturing that Fileupload1 value using viewstate and instead of saying:

string output = FileUpload1.FileName;

It will change to:

string output = ViewState["Filename"];

I'm trying to access a user controls properties dynamically from within another user control. The user control i'm using is called MultiImageControl and i'm trying to add ImageControl dynamically as well as it's properties. Is this possible?

This is the code i'm using:

When you say Controls.Add it refres to this.Controls.Add and in your code it will be refrered as MultiImageControl.Controls.Add ..... And againg you are adding "mic" to pnlImage object. Whats this "pnlImage" object ??

pnlImage is a panel to display the control but i solved the problem thanks. I was being an idiot and wasn't registering the control in my page. D'Oh! | :doh:

But if you're interested this is what the code looked like in the end:
