hello, ur article is very nice.
I wonder if u can provide it in Java with some modifications :
let the message be a text instead of numbers, and then text will be converted to numbers:
ex: abc ----> 123
Any help would be appreciated and I would be happy to give you my .net code that delivers the logon form code when I am finished.
I am new to encryption. This article is very helpful. I have a encrypted file using 512bit RSA, and one pair of private Key (D, N) which are 64 bytes hex, also they both are BigEndian format. And I need to Decrypt this encryped file. The way you demo seems handle 4 bytes integers. I am wondering how to handle 64 bytes integers. There is another article (Domenic wrote www.codeproject.com/.../TotalSecurity.asp) which demo how to handle the Large Integers. But it uses customized class BigInteger to handle it. For my case, it is VERY hard (I tried hard) to convert my encryped data to BigInteger, and could not figure out how. I am look a way to handle larg integer using Bytes.(not customized BigInteger).
I agree that the content is interesting, but I can't concur on the quality of the writing -- I started out making notes of typos to note to the author, but the list quickly became unmanageable.
It looks like the author started out bright-eyed and bushy tailed, then later wanted to finish the article quickly, as some of the earlier points are nicely covered, but later points are quickly glossed over.
As it stands, it is a pretty good article, but with some editorial work on the writing and a bit more fleshing out of the latter half, it would be excellent.
Then again, I think I might be a tougher critic than average.
