"A setup package is either missing or damaged” error while installing visual studio 2015 on windows 8.1

First, I downloaded VS 2015 on windows 8(not IOS file) thrice I installed VS while installing I got an error packages missing or damage. I clicked to download from the internet, but nothing happened. Then I installed windows 8.1 and downloaded VS 2015- community(IOS file) and I got same errors and it persists me to skip packages. I downloaded packages manually, but still same error.

Can somebody help me to sort out this problem?

Have a look in the install log and see if there is anything obvious there: Download Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET Framework Log Collection Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center[^] will put a CAB file into your Temp folder containing teh install-so-far info. It may be of use.
If it isn't, then your best bet is to raise this with MS themselves - I know that they had a problem like this about a year ago, but that was fixed pretty quickly.
Their tech support isn't brilliant (quite the reverse generally) but you may get lucky! :laugh:
