Voting for the Mobile Developer competition has started and will run through until the evening of Sunday, 20 June 2004. At the top of each eligible Mobile Devices article is a small voting area with the three criteria: Coolness, use of Technology and Overall rating.
Please vote - it means a lot to those who put in the hard work to write the articles, and a random voter will win one of the 5 iPaqs on offer.

Voting Rules
- Anyone who is logged in can vote.
- We store the member number and IP address of each vote in order to ensure that the voting system is not abused. If we see a member deliberately voting down other competitor's articles that member will be disqualified from the competition and the spurious votes removed. There will be no discussion on this. Play fair.
- Voting is weighted by member level as in the usual rating system. The higher a member level the more weight that member's vote carries.
- The competition voting score will not affect an article's rating and vice versa. They are completely separate.
- The running tally of vates is not, at the moment, being displayed.
