Are you making these on a purely volunteer basis with templates you got from someone/company/internet, or are you on contract to make these.
Anyhow, I think this is great!

No money is involved: this isn't feasible for industrial production as each headband takes 3 1/2 hours to print! I'm trying to make one for Herself since she works in an old folks home, and one for my neighbour who is a carer for the council - and they are far too tight to provide proper PPE for employees: even masks are limited to "one per call" and have to be collected the day before you need them ... better than Herself's place though: she was given one mask and told to wash it every day.
This is the prototype from the template provided by Prusa that I linked to in the Lounge: PrusaPrinters[^]. The headband is fine (though I would have evenly spaced the mountings to make hole punching / drilling easier) but the chin piece is very poor - all the stress is on the outside because the shield is trying to straighten, and all the support is on the inside. 
I was going to heat the clear PETG with a blowtorch to set it in an arc and reduce the stress, but half way through I ran out of butane ...

I am not that sofisticated...
I just used something like: upper cover[^] and the back side of this[^] with a bit of textil band and a couple of cable straps to make it a bit more robust and adjust it to the head.
And for the nose-mouth masks... courtain fabric, some textil ribbons and 14 cm of 1,5 mm² copper dampproof installation cable (had some spare of 3x1,5 from last electric job) to make the adjusting to the face in the upper side.

I'm renowned for over-engineering things: I don't build things to fall apart. Herself always said that the first greenhouse I built her was more robust than the house I bolted it to; my shed is bolted to the concrete pad under the breeze blocks it stands on; that kind of thing.
And Herself will be wearing it for 6 hours a day - plus she's the "careless type"!

Mine usually does for "expected" 5 hours a day (she never gets out punctually), but she is kind of careful with this kind of things.
Face protection no problem... can be cleaned up. As long as you don't scratch it, no problem.
Nose Masks... 2 units / day. Then wash machine.
Self made nose masks were her idea. I just jumped in when she had the first prototype and was discussing with her mother about the "nose-grip".
I already knew that this kind of cable works really good in that area (I had a bad experience with the septic tank... twice  )

To reduce stringing, try increasing the retraction distance and speed.
The holes in the Screen part are the same size as a normal hole punch, and the distance between the left two holes and the right two holes is the same as a normal 2 hole punch, (the middle gap is a bit smaller).
I've been trying to print these for 3D Crowd UK, been having issues with a bad batch of PLA tho, intermittent clogging, I suspect its diameter gets too big in places.
I've got a roll of Prusa PETG on it's way.

Got home from Qatar and eventually got round to opening up my 2nd 3D printer, this time an Anycubic Predator delta printer. It is a bit of a beast, at over 1m tall (excluding the filament reel holder) and almost 60cm wide.
It slots in nicely next to my other one, might get some blocks to lift it off the floor a bit, but at the moment it's fine.
The man cave is taking shape now,
Just need a few more racks and stuff to be a bit more organised with all the smaller parts etc.

My weekend road trip last year was to (not Chicago) Illinois.
Did find a road that was closed.... I guess barricades aren't good enough
And I did learn something about the origin of The Wizard of Oz
These little 3 day jaunts are to just to see what is there that you don't hear about; and typically are done on the country roads instead of freeways.

I'm sure that had they used ordinary barricades, the low-information drivers would have driven around them - right off the end of the road. They would then have sued the city/county/state for not adding "this means YOU!" to the sign.

My dev machine is down. I'm here on my hubby's craptop
I went to install ubuntu 18.04lts and grub2 refuses to boot my system
I've tried installing using a ton of different configs, i even pulled a drive because it was insisting on writing the boot to sdb instead of sda
It just dies. Cannot find an OS but the setup is successful.
Now I'm hosed. I don't know where my windows DVD is since I've moved, and I'd have to put a dvd drive back in the #$(# thing even if i found it.
I hate linux when it doesn't work. I'm probably doing something wrong but I have no idea what. This system has taken this same version of ubuntu before (albeit on an older hard drive, but both SATA hdds under 3TB)
