Introduction

Red Gate’s code profiler, ANTS Profiler, is a simple tool which does something incredibly technically challenging – it times how long each line of your .NET code takes to execute, and organises the deluge of information that comes out of that process. For $295, you can see which parts of your code are running slowly, and see what your memory is doing.

Below, we’ve got two videos of ANTS Profiler’s technical lead, Dr. Tom Harris. We’ve got an informal discussion with Red Gate co-founder Simon Galbraith, and another video with Tom talking through ANTS Profiler from his unique perspective.
