At the end of each year I think it would be incredibly valuable to the community on Code Project if Code Project Collated all their Articles and those Articles' Code if {Applicable : Available} into one Downloadable File for a fee if necessary ($64.00 - and this money can be used to assist in funding the site)... Convert the HTML files into either an Open and Free Office Suite, PDF, or Something Else.
Have the Files sorted by their Programming Language.

Sorry, but it's not going to happen. The costs involved wouldn't be recovered, morally we'd have to talk to all authors of all articles to get their blessing, the demand simply would not be there given that you'd be asking someone to pay for what's already available for free, but the overwhelming issue is that articles live and grow. A snapshot means you don't get the latest updates, the latest comments, suggestions and bug fixes from the community, nor up to date ratings that help sort the wheat from the chaff.

That would make CodeProject lose their honor of free service because they would be selling their content at the end of the year, which can be read freely. This is one of the reasons I despise one service, SSWUG, they ask for a membership, but they are on the right path because they also pay their authors so asking for payments is not a bad thing.
The way I may have put it, would be to allow the articles of a category to be downloaded (no payments). The way CodeProject already has a "framework"-based learning portal. For example, for Android: Learn Android - CodeProject[^]. CodeProject can generate a link to create the PDF for the available content, like the best articles.
But putting a cost would be a bad UX for CodeProject and I am sure CodeProject won't like that to happen.

Just waiting for some backend updates and then we can do this. It's on our radar too.
[Update: Load balancer issues are the only thing stopping us at this point. We may need to switch to more powerful boxes to handle the load]

Maybe you're already working on it: Though SSL is enabled, some resources are still loaded via an http:// URL which is why FireFox shows a warning on the SSL-symbol.

I run now again into the problem and can show it with an example. The problem occurs when there is a hash character at the begin of line followed immediately by a non-space character.
As shown in the editor. Preview is OK (similar without the pre tags):

Yesterday, I stopped getting emails for replies - but still did for newsletters and suchlike - and assumed it was a minor hiccup.
But still none today, so I checked my settings and the "Send me an e-mail if someone replies to the message" had become unchecked. I haven't visited "My Settings" in months! 
I've re-enabled it, and we'll see if that fixes it - it may be a "soft error" or similar but if you get many people with the same it may be worth a look.

We had an issue probably over a year ago where user settings (such as "email me notifications" were getting corrupted occasionally but it's been a long time since we've seen that. Thanks for letting us know - we'll keep an eye on it.

At present, questions can be asked without any content. For instance I created a question (and deleted it). With nothing but < b > tags in body. Would it be better if validation would fail in this case?

That's why we allow people to close questions.
But yes: more automated checks are needed. It's just not always easy to provide a once-size-fits-all.

In the page How do I solve this codility problem!!![^], I wrote a comment to solution 3, then I decided to add some extra information.
Multiple editor were opened at different place in comments above (like 4 editors) all with my current comment and I modify one of those without really paying attention to that and then my comment was a few comment above under another user name and my original comment was unchanged.
For sure, I tried to edit my comment as the code in the editor was exactly my comment. I click on the link to modify my comment again and there I can confirm that multiple editor were opened.
So for sure, something went wrong with comments on code project. I don't know if there is a log in Code project on edition that were done as it might maybe help confirm the strange behavior.

This actually sounds like a Javascript issue, given that the comment editor is instantiated via Javascript (not server side) calls.
Which browser/version? Do you have ad blockers or other add-ins enabled?

Probably Safari on iPad. It seems to be specific for some comments. Maybe because some comment in that solution were deleted.
The same issue occurs also with Edge browser. If a edit comment, in that solution, a bunch of editors are opened.
Same thing with Internet Explorer 11. Same thing with Google Chrome 48.
The problem really seems to be specific to some cases. In fact, it seems that the problem only occurs if I try to edit either a deleted comment or a comment after the deleted comment whatever the level.
If we don't pay attention because other editor are below in the page, we can easily overwrite the wrong comment even from someone else...
I just tried it again with 4 different browser and get the problem in each one. Try to edit any comment in Solution 3 from the first deleted comment and you should see the editor opened once for every comment starting at the deleted one until the last comment in that answer.
I tried to find other questions with deleted comments (except last one on an answer) but it does not happen very often so at this point I was only able to reproduce the problem in that answer.

No reason to close it. If you close this you have to close any article related on this and that Driver.... e.g a MP3 Encoder, for which usually no source is available.
Only my mind.
