Yes, of course. But in these files are no examples to build optimizer strategies.

P.S. I have a code optimizer, but it seems to me, it does not work properly! I would like to compare and find the error in the code.

The optimizers that I have seen on their site are closed source. You should ask Wealth Lab specific questions in their forums: https://www.wealth-lab.com/Forum. I have added this to my solution as well.
