How could read hindi text from the database

I have tried so many code for text to speech but those works only for English language. how could I do it for hindi language. if I have data from the Database in hindi language means how that speak in hindi

i'm already try this site.... but no improvement it will read only English otherwise process can be idle

I know this translated only English; But you have the source code of the dll file. And computer neither know English or Hindi. So you may take the reference from that dll and make it happens for the Hindi.
