How to centralize web page in a high resolution

I am developing a web site in php according to a 800x600 screen resolution. But when I open this site on a computer which has a higher resolution than 800x600 my web page goes to left side and some empty space left on the right side. But I want that if my web page is being opened on a higher resolution, my web page should be centralized and the empty space should be divided on the left and right side accordingly.
can some one help me to achieve my target?

So you need to center align your content. Can you post your html for the first couple of elements/containers and also your CSS for those elements
