Please, Explain on how to receive a packet from another server (not hosted by me) through android app? I want to get the data from the server!

Research the use of sockets, HTTP, WCF etc.

Firstly you must tell from what server do you want to retrieve data.
What kind of architecture? Rest Api, WCF?
