How Do I Make My Software Interface To Be A Webcame Video.

what i am doing is that i want to unify the videos of three physical webcams connected to my PC in order to be like one video. and next i want to have the option to select this video like a a webcam in any software which use webcams(like a video call software etc...).
so until this time what i have done is taking the three videos of the three webcams and put them next to each other in an interface of a form in vb.net and it is working good. so i still have the problem that how to make this interface to be like a webcam connected to my PC so i can choose it like any physical webcam.
