Hello all, I studied about function point and can do estimation also but am confused in what are the things i should mention in quotation template. if you provide me some examples or your valuable thoughts that will be very helpful.

I think you should study some parts of software engineering and some blogs based on estimation / srs / project planning above link is good document and you should search small examples and small project estimations.
