Which method should I use to build reports in mvc 4

"easier" compared to what? Use what you have, does what you want, and are able to understand. We can't tell you what you are able to understand or what you would consider a "beautiful report".

A simple and most elegant reports can be build with HTML and CSS too!

a report give me excel file and pdf file but support any language

for example i want create report same :http://s17.postimg.org/oe6ubnc4v/2014_05_13_001618.jpg

in this report i can give print it or save it or zoom it ....
