Hi All,

I have created an MSI, sent it to the client who now can't edit the one of the files. It appear as though the installer has created a read only directory and file (the MSI creates a directory and a couple of files) How can these be made alterable by the user? It does work correctly on a Windows XP box here. The user assures me, he is logged on as an Admin. Oh No not another week of this!

That ?????????? was because you were not explaining the situation in a way it is easy to understand what is happening. And without understanding What have you tried?[^] is a bit difficult to know how to help

Also update: I have gone to the properties in the MSI and checked all the files there ReadOnly permission is set to false. What is going on here!
