Positioning of Splitter Bar on resize

Hi,

I have splitter window app which is divided into two parts(Left and Right). I am changing the pane / part size by using splitter bar. But when I am re-sizing it (by Maximize button or dragging screen) it comes to the initial position. what I want is to keep track of the position of splitter bar and whenever the size changes then it comes the same position not the initial set by SetColmnInfo.
Pls suggest.

I think you want to send the resize event notification from the parent window to the splitter window. (I don't have the coding details in front of me so I send you this as a comment not a solution)
