Internet block/allow without intrrupt lan connection

i want to block or allow internet use by dot net application. how can i do this job?.
i don't have any idea ,how to make listing which application use internet and on which port.

please help me
give any idea how it is work i have seen some application which work similar, what i want , like

"inetlock.exe"

I don't want to be rude, but if you have no idea where to start or how to do it AND there's already an application that does what you want (probably more than one at that, try searching download.com) - WHY on Earth do you want to waste your time trying to figure it out yourself?

Solution 1

It sounds as though you have no idea how to write a TCP/IP server and/or client, BOTH of which you'll need to do this.

What you're looking for is called a "proxy" server and you'll have to modify the network configuration to get it in the correct place in the network so that people cannot "get around it".

This is an "off-the-shelf" server. You don't have to waste 6 months of your life writing one yourself. Just buy one and be done with it.

I have already build proxy server and it works properly,but i want to work like the above example ,which given link

I'm not downloading it and installing it and because of that I don't know what it's doing to accomplish it's job.
