Custom Filter in Datasheet View, SharePoint 2013

Recently I upgraded my company's SharePoint 2010 portal to SharePoint 2013. Since then users have been eating my head for Custom Filter in DataSheet View of List.

I searched a lot on google but couldn't find anything about it in SharePoint 2013.
Has this feature been removed from SharePoint 2013 or there is some way to activate it?

Please suggest.
