Are you talking about deploying for testing, or deploying for the store, or a Line-of-business app that you are trying to deploy?

i want to deploy for testing..

I was deployed the metro style apps by select

project->store->create app package->select NO radio button(in create app package window)->Next->select checkboxes auto increment( in version),neutral(in build configuration in package),include public symbols file,if enable,crash analysis in the apps)->create

Now it shows error->

Failed to sign.'path'SignTool Error:An unexpected internal error has occurred.

I have seen some crazy things with this as well and a few times had to shutdown VS and restart the machine for it to work correctly.
