You might use the C# examples to give you a general framework for the application.

The calls you'll need to make ca be found in C/C++ form at:
Windows Sysinternals

This is the goto reference for all of the low level stuff in windows.

Hmm ... If I got the question correct,he wants to use c/c++, not C#.
