I really need help in terms of creating an email marketing website

Hello all,

I would like to build an Email Marketing website with these features
1. Sending unlimited email.
2. voice message to phone.
3. SMS.
4. Video call.

So, Anyone can help me in this regard and inform about the requirement as server from where and any other necessity tools for creating by these features!!

Please be specify for telling me the requirement.
anyone can create a website with required features? if yes, Please tell me about the price and the period of time you will need to develop it....

Please clarify what environment this is for Windows, Web?

What skills do you have? Are doing it yourself? Do you want someone else to do it for you?

Lots of people can probably create the site you want, but you'll need to come up with the requirements. Otherwise how would anyone know if they doping what you need? If you are looking to hire someone to do this, there are other sites for that.

Seems like you want to hire a programmer to do it. If so, this is actually not the place where you can find one. There are a lot of sites on the Internet where you can hire people to do it for you. Rent-acoder, vworker, odesk, peopleperhour, etc. are the keywords you need in google for you to find them.
