i want to design content management system in which people can come and upload files,images,videos etc..since i am new to this concept..i really in need of help..can anyone help me out in this???but the coding should be using c#??but i dont want any third party tools..simply with basic c# coding i would like to do...

orchard/umbraco is open source, so if you want to build from scratch get the idea from this projects and start building your own
