I want to use the nuget Package ClosedXML, but when I install it and want to execute my Code I always got this Exact error Message:

The file or assembly "DocumentFormat.OpenXml, Version=2.16.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=8fb06cb64d019a17" or a dependency of it was not found. The system can not find the stated file.

Which is weird because I think I got every dependency correctly installed.

I have not option to use Internet thats because I installed the nuget Package all offline.

This is the list of dependecy:

Every part of the list is on the newest Verion.

Im using .NET Framework 4.8

Someone an Idea why I got this Error Message every Time?

What I have tried:

I already tried difference versions or other Nuget like OpenXML or EPPlus but I always get the same type of error

I would say, start searching in an area which is described by your user name ;p

You need to upgrade to version 2.19 and the problem will disappear.

You have been brought to my attention as your username is rather spammy - and we really don't like spam here (because the site is ad funded and spam reduces the value of the site to paying clients: if users can post ads for free, then why would they pay actual money to do the same?)

So, if you would be so kind as to remove the App ad from your user name (hover over it in the top right corner of the page and select "My Settings" - it's pretty clear from there) we can all move on and no-one needs to take this any further.
Thanks!

Looks like you didn't get the message. Change your inappropriate username or you will sooner or later end here: Spam and Abuse Watch Discussion Boards[^]
