Does anyone have a working MCP 1.8.9 download?

Does anyone have the actual MCP download required for making a Minecraft client in 1.8.9 and running it with eclipse?

What I have tried:

I've downloaded each of the jar files myself and created all the folders they go in, turned off windows defender, downloaded the base client from multiple different sources from 2014 to 2022 and decompiled them. I tried every JDK version and running them without decompiling but nothing so far changes the fact that those files refuse to exist.

What does the official documentation say? Can't you download this from there?
