Back file transfer- folder sync- between multiple servers

Friends, We have 100's of Systems, among which we need to Sync up files in a Folder in back group (with out user action) some thing like BITS. On any new file / File Edit on any one of the server should reflect on other server in background. Just windows folder Sync (no other functionality is required)

I know

BITS

is old, Is there any advanced Mechanism we have today.. please advise?
