I tried weather.openport guide , its working perfect , they are giving tile with isobars plot on it ,and my requirement is almost similar to it ,so i think if i can make my own tile geneartion code with ploting isobar on it then that would be more useful.

Or you mean to say , can i plot isobar directly on google map using poly lines instead of creating tiles
