i have large amount of data and test suites...... what i do n this scenerio?

i want to migrate test suites to cmmi from agile so how can i do that?

i cant not import export single test cases ..... it will take 3,4 month to do that!!!

but what to do in requirements ? when sm 1 give task to sm1 them what he rep back? to the person who give the task?
