The FY14 Azure campaign will end on June 30th. We received SSL compatible ad tags for one set of creative (Dear Azure) but not for the other (Azure downloads). We have bid on the FY15 Azure campaign which runs August - June 2015 and we have listed SSL compatible ad tags as a requirement for the campaign.

On 5/30 a different contact on their ad ops team said they can definitely send over SSL compliant tags. We are waiting to receive them.

Still no response from Razorfish's ad ops team on SSL compatible ad tags. The discrepancy between DFP and Atlas for the 300x250 is lower this month at 8%

Asked for SSL compatible ad tags on 4/17. Ad ops team responded that it was very rare for Razorfish to traffic ad/redirects this way. Reached out to Katie D directly on 5/5 asking for SSL compatible ad tags (again) for the remainder of the campaign. She looped in her ad ops team and I have received no response to date.
